Beige Shoes
When people think of beige shoes, they're not necessarily looking for nude shoes. They don't purchase these shoes to match their skin tone. Beige shoes are another popular color when it comes to women’s footwear. It is within the brown family of colors and is often described as very pale brown. Essentially, beige shoes fall in between two colors, white and brown. This gives it qualities that are not unlike nude shoes in general.
It is strictly a neutral color that gives the shoe a high amount of flexibility when it comes to mixing and matching with your wardrobe. Like a pair of nude shoes, beige shoes are great background players. Beige is a color that doesn’t tend to stick out as much and does well when you want to highlight other areas. For that reason, it is one of the easiest colors to use as it blends in very well. They come in many shades from the very pale almost white hues to darker shades that look more like tan.
Choosing one that matches your skin tone essentially turns it into nude shoes. As such, they share the same qualities which include making your legs look longer. To further highlight the effect, go for shoes of a height no less than kitten heels (2.5 inches). It goes well with any color within the brown and tan family. Depending on how you intend to use it, you can either choose three main shades of beige. There are very pale shades bordering on off-white, medium beige shades that are great at matching the skin tone as well as those that are very dark.
If you're looking to match white outfits, very pale beige is the way to go. The darker the shade you select, the safer it is when matching any color in the spectrum. Generally speaking, neutral colors like beige will always be trendy purely on the strength of their flexibility. This is true for just about any neutral color including grey, nude, black and even white. It is for this reason that every woman should have at least one pair of these shoes on the shoe rack. They are especially handy when you're not too sure what to wear for the day. As such, they can be seen as the jack of all trades for women's footwear.
